Very helpful professional employees. Clean nice place with best jewelry for healing and nice selection. Ears pierced so smooth no swelling,blood,or problems. Tech explained everything thoroughly and didn't rush. Licensed techs with great knowledge.
Eric changed out my conch and tragus for me that was from another piercer. They were so tight he struggled but somehow gentle and it didnt hurt. He better explained to me aftercare and the differences in jewelry type and why what I had was incorrect. He also made sure everythif was clean and sterilized properly. This is my first experience at an APP certified shop and I will be going back to complete my ears. Pretty concept! Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction to the jewelry used for my nose piercing. I experienced continuous pain in the area even though I kept it clean. Once I removed the original jewelry and replaced it with real metal, the pain stopped immediately.
I go to here to get all my piercings. I love this place. Very clean and wonderful atmosphere. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. 5/5 stars.
