What a great experience we had with Erik. My daughter got 3 ear piercings and he was amazing at answering questions, explaining the process, educating us on care and was caring to my daughter’s nervousness. I would definitely recommend Outlier and Erik.
Literally the nicest people ever, I got my first piercing (that wasn't my ears at Claire's) from here! I got my nose done and the employee doing my nose, Erik, was so nice and reassuring when I was getting nervous! It was pretty much an in and out process and very much worth my time and money
I had an appointment yesterday with Hallie, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She was super nice, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The studio is clean, welcoming, and clearly focused on quality and safety. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional piercing experience—and I’ll definitely be coming back to see Hallie again!
I’ve used Outlier for all of my helix piercings (and my 3rds in my lobes) in the past. I’ve had amazing experiences each time. Tonight, one of my helix rings was stuck closed and irritating my ear. I went straight after work, and although they had already closed for the night, they still took the time to help me out and got the earring out. I seriously cannot recommend Outlier enough! Amazing people, amazing store. Thank you for making my day!
Update: The piercing I got here is healing much better than a similar piercing I got a different location shortly before coming here. It is healing so well with no issues or discomfort. Erik was very kind, quick, and professional. He was very knowledgable on the multiple piercings I was getting. He walked every step through and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The studio is very clean and their jewelry selection is beautiful!
