Horrible experience! Finally had my hot tub repaired after being misdiagnosed by this company. The kicker is the company admitted they didn't fix the problem and even sent me a p.d.f on how to diagnose it myself all while threatening legal action if a didn't pay thier ridiculous service call. Save your money and avoid this company and (Ashley) at all costs. Expensive lesson learned.
