Thank y’all so much!! I fought my pool last year trying to keep it clear. This year I’m not doing any DIY’s with other products, all they do is cost time and money. I just bought my second hot tub from Clearwater. We had an issue arise with the installation of our first one, but Ashley and the owner, Scott, worked with me to come up with a reasonable solution to the problem. That’s all you can ask for. The second was installed on time and with zero problems. Excellent pricing too.
Tim and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable throughout our interaction. We gave us an amazing deal and would absolutely recommend buying a hottub or spa from them!!
This place is terrible! Hot tub they sold me had a broken controller and multiple leaks. They are refusing a full refund, they want me to pay fees to return it.
SCAM!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! They sold me a broken hot tub, that never worked from day 1, and now want me to pay fees to return it. Go literally anywhere else to buy a hot tub. These people should not be in business. I cannot believe they are still open.
