I had a question about replacement hot tubs lids and called the store to get information about measuring for a new lid. Addison was incredibly helpful, she talked me through the process. She sent me a measuring tool, and later when I went to the store she talked me through all my options. I would absolutely recommend Clearwater. Addison was knowledgeable, helpful, and polite.
