We had a great experience renting a boat here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the rental process was smooth from start to finish. We were informed ahead of time about the 3% fee for using a credit card, which is pretty standard in Central Minnesota, so no complaints there. One thing to note for future renters: the 3% fee is also applied to the security deposit — and that portion of the fee isn’t refunded, even when the full deposit is returned. We rented a pontoon over the weekend from them. Every single person here is super friendly and over the top accommodating. I highly recommend using them for any of your boat needs. I watched them greet every single person and make sure they were helped asap. We will be back to rent again unless you talk my wife into buying which I’m sure you will. Needed a livewell pump for an older fishing boat. The staff was very helpful and easy to work with and helped us find the right part and accessories we needed to install it. Very pleased with the experience, highly recommended for boat parts and expertise.
Jordan and Zac were a huge help with answering some questions I had about my boat. Friendly and knowledgeable guys. Wish this marina was closer to where I live!
