SUPER BAD AND ATROCIOUS SERVICE IN A CAR WASH ! – My wife got me a discount carwash special at your Auburn unit(next to the Chevron Station by the Super Mall) For $ 13.00 and some change I have never had such a bad service experience going through a car wash. Auburn Elephant sucks – Company advertised "Holiday Special" for washing/ waxing/ detailing vehicle for $99. This was to include wash, hand wax, treat exterior windows with Rain-X, clean/ treat exterior/ interior vinyl, clean interior windows, shampoo interior and free "tree" air freshener. Truck was not washed thoroughly, nor waxed completely, dirt left on the back of cab, brow of cab and windshield, Rain-X not applied, "tree" not provided.
