After passing the place for years and thinking to myself how scruffy it looks I decided to pull in as I need bathrooms for a development we are doing. Never been made to feel so unwelcome in a shop, most displays are broken, place stinks of damp, no lights on, and blanked by two members of staff, One asked me a question then walked off. And the other member sat down at a makeshift desk and acted busy less than 4 foot away from me. Something definitely not right about the place. Recently had my downstairs cloakroom updated, dluxe was hands down great value for money, its only a small room but now has so much character. I am over the moon with it, the price the service was second to none. Saimir the fitter was professional and truly done an outstanding job. Would highly recommend
