I should have learned when I was charged over $2500 for a water heater replacement a year ago. Most recently they (two people always show) replaced a toilet flap (which I feel didn't need replacement) for $185 (he wasn't in the house 5 minutes). So much for trying to buy local. Very courteous and kind father and son plumbers. Good at what they did for my bathroom plumbing. Price less than could have been, and were at my house very soon after I called. Will call them in the future anytime I need a plumber. Very pleased.
Outlaw is the appropriate name for this outfit...the only thing missing is the mask because the pricing is predatory. The only appropriateness with this outfit is the name 'Outlaw"...only they don't wear masks. Just called them to check why my toilet continued running a bit. They replaced a stopper and charged me $175 for a five minute job. They charged $32 for a $12 stopper and $143 for a service call. My bad for thinking these were good folks and not asking for an estimate.
