We had just started our 8-week trip when we realized our generator wasn't working—and traveling with two older dogs and a cat in the heat was not an option. They were very nice and helpful , we rented an uhaul auto hauler and Todd made sure we got hooked up to motorhome and there was no stress , Shantay handled the paperwork and made things go smooth, they are both awesome and made our travels less stressed.... Thankyou both , Mitch
TERRIBLE experience!! Stay away from this shop. I brought my f250 to them and they swore up and down they could fix the issue which was oil leaking into the coolant. They kept my truck for a month, charged me a $3,000 upfront fee, never refunded any of it and I had to tow my truck out of their shop as they had taken it apart completely and couldn't get it running again. Terrible service, stay away from this mechanic. They robbed me of thousands of dollars and delivered my truck worse than when it arrived. They know nothing about diesels. If they tell you 1 week it will be 3 and thats IF they even can fix the issue. Take your vehicle to flagstaff
This mechanic will rob you of money and feel no remorse. They charged me an upfront fee of thousands to fix an issue on my truck, after several weeks never fixed the truck. Todd does not know what he is doing, terrible mechanic service and even worse customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP
