I joined about a week ago and have been communicating a lot with the owner/Trainer, as I have been fearful of going back to the gym from an injury, I had, she has been absolutely supportive in every way possible , caring and considerate and very patient on listening to my concerns, I have been to three different Boot Camp style gyms, and they’ve all been great, but this one has been the greatest.
