I am currently enrolled in the Outlaw program with Adim. I started the program 8 weeks ago with major injury site to almost every joint. I was simply lackey muscle like a gummy bear and compensating for my injuries. I had zero lifting experience As a Veteran I know the mindset needed and I asked Adim to make some accommodations for my mental health and also to push my thresholds. 8 weeks later I am down 30+ pounds.
