I heard a new noise on my '05 Ultra Classic. Looked online and saw these guys had a 5 out of 5 stars. Stopped in and asked if they could listen to the noise. To my surprise, he grabbed my keys took it out for a quick boot. Although their shop was completely full, he said let's get it up on the hoist. So he removed a bike from the hoist and put mine up there. After removing the primary cover saw that my commutator was not even hand tight. If it wasn't for this awesome service, I would have had huge problems being so far away ... read more
