My boyfriend paid $300 for him to install my new stereo with backup camera. He installed the stereo, but said he'd have to come back to do backup camera. When I went to use the stereo for the 1st time, the touch screen wouldn't respond. Looking closer, I see that the screen was cracked from top to bottom. Stereo useless.
