Hi. This is not Gary Tugmon, it is his wife, Cheri. Berlin is talented and does things with my hair nobody else has been able to do. He is also faster with the entire process of shampooing, coloring & cutting with amazing results. He is a genius with hair color. Berlin had to get my hair back into shape after I made the mistake of going to someone else. That person used x4 different colors on my hair at once, when it was not at all necessary to do so.
