Unfortunately did not have the best experience. No one greeted me when I arrived, other than a hasty remark my tech would be with me shortly. I was asked if I had ever had my lashes lifted before and said no. She provided no other context on what she was doing to me, what to expect. I could have gotten over this poor customer service if it weren’t for the fact that the service did NOTHING to my lashes. She made several comments that I had short lashes. I had such a great experience at Outlashed! Gena did my nails and they came out absolutely perfect — she pays so much attention to detail and makes sure you leave happy. The atmosphere is super clean, relaxing, and everyone there is friendly and professional. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my nails since my appointment. Definitely recommend booking with Gena if you want beautiful nails and amazing service!
