Great company very quick,responsive and high quality work.. I was without air for over a month and several others never responded to my calls or if they did they never showed up. One call to outlands and they was there the next day trying to get me working again.. my unit is 20+ years old and he tried his best to fix it before even mentioning a new system just to save me money..I truly loved the fact they actually cared about trying to save me money first .we did infact had to replace the system and he got me the best deal ... read more

I can’t recommend Outland’s Heating & Air LLC enough! He did an exceptional job from start to finish. The pricing was more than fair, and he was able to fix issues that previous “professionals” couldn’t get right the first time. It’s refreshing to find someone who is not only knowledgeable and skilled, but also honest, friendly, and professional. If you’re looking for quality HVAC work done right the first time, this is the company to call. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

Was referred by our local contractor for HVAC work. Chris and his office were very responsive in having him come out to evaluate our situation. He quoted me a fair price for the work, showed up when he said he would, and completed the service. He and his crew are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They also brought to our attention a different issue that had nothing to do with the work that they were doing that had been going on for a significant amount of time, and would have still been an issue if not for them.

You will not find anyone else as reliable and trustworthy as Chris. Chris has been taking care of our unit for 5+ years now. Anytime we’ve had an issue, he was on it! We rely on him not only for any problems that may arise, but also for our twice a year cleaning- that’s a huge factor for your unit to run efficiently. You literally won’t find more honest people than the Outland’s. Our entire family loves Chris and Stacy and we’d recommend them to anybody who is looking for top notch customer service and honesty!
