Martinez Outlander Motorsports botched the installation of front springs (Bilstein 6112's) on my 2020 Toyota Tundra. It took them a day and a half to install the front springs and new Upper Control Arms along with add-a-leave springs and shocks (Bilstein 5160's) in the rear. Upon taking delivery of my Tundra, I discovered a loud clunking sound coming from my driver's side front suspension. First time using Outlander and my experience was great. Very friendly staff and owner. BMC performed on my vehicle and looks factory! Will be going back for more mods in the future.
Great 1st time experience. The job I was doing was supposed to be somewhat easy but turned into a little bit of a challenge. Long story short the job was anticipated to take about 2-3 hours, but as time progressed challenges started to arise due to some issues from the manufacture and not the shop. Nun the less they worked diligently with trying to keep my time respected and updated through the process.
