We are an excavation, demolition and landscaping company. Since 2008, and because of our dedicated team of operators and labourers have established a connection to the local community. We create great working relations with clients, therefore helping them visualize the full potential of their outdoor property. Our company initially began by offering landscape services and hardscape design. Now over the past 13 years, do to our success we have developed into a full service excavation contractor.

Rob quoted us a price on Monday with a Thursday/Friday timeframe. He was on site before 0830 Thursday, job turned out to be more then expected due to thickness of old concrete stairs, he had to bring back heavier equipment to finish the job, great work, very personable and helpful. Thanks for the great work!!
Poor respect towards military members and their families. Dumped pre poured concrete steps in our yard (we did not hire this company for any construction) on September 20 2024, left it in our yard for 4 whole days. On the forth day, they came and dumped a whole trailer of dirt in our shared driveway (no one lives next door) without asking us permission to do any of it. Just because we're military, they are not respecting our property.
Rob is great at what he does. Our Neighborhood loves him. He personally takes great pride in his work. If you want a great job done that you will not need to worry about go with Outlander Contracting!
We are a young couple from Manitoba who hired Rob to prep a mobile home for move from Cold Lake, Alberta for us. We had never met Rob before, or even during/after the job. Rob and his team got our job done right and within the short time frame that was given to him. He kept us inform and even sent us pictures throughout. We have worked with Rob at Outlander Contracting since the summer of 2012. Rob has completed approximately 30 jobs for myself and my companies, in Cold Lake, Fort Kent, Vermilion and anywhere I have needed earthwork done. I've had Rob dig basements, grade lots, clear land, build parking lots, clear trees, build retaining walls, and install water and sewer services.
