Outland did such an awesome job. The attention to detail with staging, the communication before during and after and the behind the scenes work could not have been better. You won't find a better company to provide this service. Kudos to Amy, Melissa and the entire crew!
Went to last day of estate sell this past weekend. Despite the disclaimer that the house would not be open on this last day ( meaning items were placed in outside garage and lower patio area), no mention on the website suggested some contents in photographs would not be made available. I drove a considerable distance and specifically was looking for books. I was told when I got there I could not buy them. I found the spokesperson somewhat rude on top of that. Went to estate sale in blountville. This place was so unorganized and couldn't locate who was working with this company or shopping and the prices were high in my opinion. The front porch wasn't safe to be letting people walk up on, no handrails and brick was broken up in places and going down basement steps one handrail and nothing on the other side it was open. I know it's not the estate sales place to fix things but there were other entrances that would have been better to use.
The first time Keith came out to go over the house with us. I was very impressed with all the services they offered. Their staging team did a phenomenal job. The weekend of the sell their team did a great job getting all the items sold for us. After the sale was over their cleanup team did a wonderful job getting the house clean for us. I had forgot that part the contract and Keith took it upon himself to remind me that that was part of the deal, I forgot all about it that goes to show what kind of people they are.
