Jeremiah is one of a kind! I've tried a ton of different CrossFit gyms to start learning my lifts and it just never clicked. One session with him and I was doing 3-4 new techniques and started adding weight. He has a way of breaking it down so simple and is incredibly patient. I thought I would be uncomfortable being trained by a man but he can relate to the female form so well and tailors it to your level! 12/10 would recommend :)

Jeremiah is an awesome coach! He is all about Form. If you know correct form you can get the most out of your workout.

Knows his business!!! I've had personal trainers before, I'm a veteran, and played soccer in college but this dude is skilled! I'll be baking the hour and half drive every chance I'm able to train here!

Jeremiah is one of the best coaches you can train with! As someone newer to lifting I’ve worked with a couple other coaches, but it wasn’t until working with Jeremiah that the movements began to make sense. For the first time I was able to see progress and gain confidence with lifting. He is able to break everything down in such a simple way that it completely eliminates the intimidation factor. His knowledge, experience, and passion can’t be beat!
