Needed my septic pumped out ASAP. Called Wednesday Sept 11 and set up for an appointment for 7:30 am Thursday Sept 12 with the woman in the office. I get a call at 6:56 am!! the morning of and couldn't answer the phone as I was getting my kids up and ready for school. I call back at 7am and no one answers the phone.
