Called them off a number on a small mule halter. First time talking to them. Great service, fast delivery n great equipment. Got my mule halter in two days. And it went to work the next day

I borrowed a friend's formfitter pack and long-story-short, busted some straps and lost a buckle cover. I took the pack to my local shop in New Mexico for repair, but they didn't have buckle covers. These folks offered to sell me a single one by mail so I could return my friend's saddle in good condition. They sure didn't make any money for their trouble, but I appreciate their help! Good folks!
