This storage facility is the best of the best for customer service. I have used many storage facilities in my time and I was just a number at all of the others. Recently our neighbours house caught fire and our unit was damaged. We informed outer space of our situation and that we would need another unit for an undetermined length of time. They quickly gave us a unit to get the belongings we could salvage into at NO COST for a 2 month period. Nice and safe storage facility in town. The prices are reasonable, with 24-hour access and multiple payment methods available. The units are clean and well-maintained, and the young guy is helpful throughout the process. They also have a clear move-out policy, which made everything easy. Highly recommended if you need extra space outside your home!
