I’ve been to outer shell twice and will be coming back. Kierra was great in explaining step by step in how to care for your lashes and has an easy clean setup oh and that comfy chair she has makes it even better for her clients to feel comfy while she gets into making her magic. I love her work she does amazing and is GENTLE with your lashes ! Definitely worth it !
