I love Outer Glow!! I can go after class, and it is always open. I wish they had more promotions, but by far the best tanning in Athens!
i have no idea why anybody would not love this place. It seems to me that the same person wrote the comments that were negative, but that is just a hunch. anyway, it is clean, good prices, good location. i have tanned here for 3yrs now.
I went to finish my package that I bought when OU started in Sept. and I am glad that I bought a package of 5. The employees there are not customer friendly nor do they know how to keep a salon clean. They are always talking among themselves and ignoring the customers. I went into bed 5 and there was lotion rsidue from someone before me still there. When I asked to have my bed recleaned the girl said that it was already clean. I have never been tanning before in my life and Outer Glow was my first tanning salon that I have ever been to. A friend suggested it because that is where she always goes tanning. I talked with the person at the front desk and told her my situation and she was soooo helpful!! She suggested a package because I had no idea which one to get. She also suggested a lotion because I did need one with my fair skin. This place is Awesome!!! It is so nice to have a clean and friendly salon to go to when Im here at school. They have awesome, huge beds.I thought the salon that I go to back in Columbus when Im home on break was the best I had been to until I went to this place. The staff was very friendly and not fake like some others Ive tried here. I recommend this place.
i do not, have not, and WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO ANYONE. After my month package is up, I will never return. The staff is never friendly. It seems like an inconvenience every time I step into the door. I feel un-welcomed and uncomfortable. They dont treat you with respect and are very very rude. The girls are snobs. I cannot stress this enough, do NOT go to Outer Glow. They do not know how to run a business and put their customers first.
I went to Outer Glow since it was closer to the college gate, but the floors were very dirty, on line it said that all beds were reserved but there was no one in there except for 2 girls working and they were more interested in talking about music videos than helping me. I WILL NOT BE BACK AND I WILL LET OTHERS KNOW JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE CLOSE TO CAMPUS THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!
