Place is an absolute joke.
My experience at this clinic was deeply upsetting and, based on how I was treated, I believe I was discriminated against as a Black parent. My 2-month-old son had an appointment, yet when we arrived, the front desk clerk, Bailey, repeatedly came up with different reasons why he could not be seen. This made no sense because his medical records had already been transferred from his previous pediatrician to this office. I have been with OCHS for roughly 15 years and have always felt confident with my healthcare, given the thoroughness of my caretakers unrushed approach. I am very pleased with the quality of my care.
The program manager was extremely rude. He bragged about being sober and said “even an idiot could do it” while we were discussing services for my son, who was there. Why would he do that?
