We stayed at a place managed by Vacasa in the Outer Banks. We left a game system at the house and when we realized a few weeks later we called to ask them to ship it to us, at our expense. They initially told us it was found by cleaning staff and left at the house and they will go and pick it up. We kept following up with them and finally we were told it could not be located. House was clean we stayed in and easy check in and check out. No issues
We had a terrible experience with Vacasa, the property managment company, for this vacation. We’ve rented many homes in the past 20 years and understand that unexpected things happen and you work with property manager company to remedy issues. However, the COMPLETE LACK OF RESPONSE from Vacasa is something we’ve never experienced.
