I love this shop and the staff! Super friendly and helpful. I walked in looking for a watch battery and was out the door with a running watch in 5 minutes, with a “thank you, have a nice afternoon, we hope you come again!” as I was leaving. Very clean and organized.

I knew Don when he worked at their Chesapeake location and he is extremely fair and does care about being knowledgeable as well as how the market is fairing like what is actually selling. Their selection is huge and you feel like family by the time you leave. I never thought I’d recommend a pawn shop but they are more than that...their jewelry section has more than most stand alone brand. Give them a try and at least go make a friend with Don or Eddie

I called at about 4pm today asking about ring sizing, as I had gone to another jeweler and felt like I was being ripped off. As soon as I walked in, I immediately felt welcome! They were able to size up my ring in less than an hour, and the shank is seamless! If y’all need any repair work done, please please check these guys out!
