My Expedition blew a spark plug right when we pulled in to start our vacation. I called them at 8:00 AM and had my car back at 2:00 PM, running like a champ! The service people are exceptional and very knowledgable. If you're stuck, I highly recommend you give them a call!
I not sure what that person problem was but i bought a cadillac from them 3 years ago that still runs great wonderful service top notch quality i recommend them
