First time kayaking. Did the Roanoke Island tour with my brother and we loved it very much. Wished we could have booked a second tour but we didn’t have a lot of time left on our vacation. Sonya was our tour guide and she was the best, very informative and fun. This was definitely a highlight on our trip. Will definitely do this again if we comeback to NC. Would have taken some photos but didn’t want to accidentally drop my phone into the water.
We kayaked through the maritime forest tour in Kitty Hawk (children’s tour). Gavin went out of his way to make us feel so welcomed. He connected with our whole family, which made the trip super fun! The creek area we explored was so peaceful and it was even sprinkled with some wildlife that Gavin made sure to point out. We hope that he will be our guide again one day!
Gavin was Incredible! Super knowledgeable, and full of cool trivia! The pace set was laid back, and totally doable. It was a great way to start a morning in the obx!
The Kitty Hawk Maritime Forest & Marsh Tour was perfect and an excellent way to end our OBX trip. Would highly recommend this tour. We had Gavin and he was an excellent tour guide.
