Had an absolute blast with Gavin today! Very nice guy to chat with, had some nice recommendations on local places to grab food, and super down to earth. Would highly recommend booking an excursion!
My wife and I did the Alligator River tour on our OBX honeymoon and it was fantastic! Very relaxing and pleasant. Gavin was our guide and he was very personable and knowledgeable on the interesting history of the area. On top of that he had a good eye for alligators!
Absolute blast! Beautiful alligator kayak tour through the marsh Gavin was our tour guide he was very knowledgeable and very fun to speak with! Trip was comfortable and we saw 5 gators! Would definitely come back!
The tour guide Gavin was great. Great personality and friendly. Informative of the history of the area. The kayaking was in calm waters which made it easier for me being nervous about being in waters with alligators. We did see a few, one juvenile and also a very large one. Thought we would see more considering it being a refuge for them but like Gavin said we probably went by a dozen but they blend In with their surroundings making it hard to see them. Gavin, the guide was very friendly and informative as we paddled through the maritime forest and marsh. It was a nice way to spend our morning/afternoon and allowed us to see a part of NC that we normally do not get to see.
