Not too challenging, good for both kids and first-timers. Gavin knows just about everything. Book it!
Thoroughly enjoyed our kayak trip with Courtney. Such a lovely and knowledgeable person! Thanks to her, we got to see a few alligators hiding out in the grassy areas and she explained so much about the local flora, fauna, and history. The kayaks are sturdy and easy to maneuver. We'll do this again next time we're here in the Outer Banks. Thanks again!
I did the Alligator River trip and Courtney was my guide. She was fantastic! I enjoyed hearing the interesting facts about the wildlife and area. She gave some excellent recommendations for other places to visit around here.
Our guide, Courtney was super knowledgeable about the flora and fauna of the area. Would absolutely recommend to anyone interested in wildlife. Definitely go with the early-bird time, best for seeing all types of critters.
We went on the “Alligator River Refuge at Buffalo City” kayak tour with our guide Courtney today. It was two impressive hours on the water. We saw several alligators and turtles. Courtney was extremely friendly and was able to tell us a lot about the local fauna and flora. We can highly recommend this tour.
