We wanted to take our 5 kids (aged 6, 6, 9, 11, and 13) kayaking and decided on Outer Banks Kayak Adventures because they were more lenient than other companies in this area. It was a highlight of our trip and did not disappoint! Gavin was an experienced and knowledgable guide, I love hearing some history while on our tours. I'd highly recommend the maritime forest tour for beginners or families, we had zero issues keeping up and staying on the path. We may even try the Alligator Refuge tour next time..

Gavin was amazing and the tour was fantastic. It was just my husband and I but I still felt like we got 100% from Gavin. He told us all kinds of cool stories and details about things and also made it relaxing and fun! If you’re debating…DO it!

While on vacation in the area, I really wanted to take my children kayaking. I researched several different companies and decided on the Kitty Hawk Maritime Forest and Marsh tour with Outer Banks Kayak Adventures. I was not disappointed! Our guide, Gavin, was amazing!
