the guy didn't have a clue don't know how they stay in business
Awful experience since the day that our LVP floor was installed. Had to be replaced 3 years later. We were constantly blamed that it had to be our fault as to why our LVP was damaged all throughout our house- excuses like “kids roller skating” or the moisture under the house. I can assure you no one roller skates in our house and our crawl space has been checked multiple times and looks great. Outer Banks Flooring installed new flooring in our Atlantic Beach Condominium and did a wonderful job! Hope was personable and professional. She made knowledgeable suggestions to enhance the plans we had formulated! We shopped the other area flooring companies and Outer Banks pricing and products were superior!
