Traveled to the Outer Banks for vacation and was welcomed by the staff, especially Donna. Excellent gym facility and very friendly staff and members! Can't wait to come back next summer!

Had a membership for a few months and cancelled it. From a gym perspective only, not the kids programs or pool, it was very small with minimal equipment jammed in a relatively small space. I tried a few fitness classes and there was only one instructor who made it an enjoyable experience and was proactively welcoming or helpful for someone new. It's a two strictly because there are no family changing rooms and they're entirely too many old man weiners walking around for my little girl and I to change properly.

Was in OBX for a week with a group of high school seniors. The staff worked with us to allow me and several students to workout while here. I’d never even set foot in a Y before that, but I liked it so much I went home to Concord, NH and joined my local Y!
