I was very pleased with the level of care I received as a new patient. Kelsey Booth, DNP, FNP-C was everything I wanted in a primary care provider - knowledgeable, personable and professional. She was very easy to talk to and was able to answer all my questions and address all my concerns. True Excellence! I am very grateful to have an amazing PCP so close to my home!
As always everyone was very nice. Appointment was fast. Answered questions and listened to my explanation of why there. Sarah S. and staff were great. Highly recommend.
Another 5-star. My provider, Dr. Ray was out of office yet the amazing team got me in to see PA Alyssa. I felt calm & confident as she worked in partnership with very knowledgeable nurse- sorry forget name -but all y'all know who she is- kudos, no ego poop, a true partnership for patient care- Hope Dr. Ray treats to pizza or ice cream when he returns :)
Lynne Williams directly stated that it is not her responsibility as a PCP to manage her patients' care. When I mentioned this to an MD at the OBX Hospital, I was advised to get a new PCP because clearly, this PCP is not doing her job. I tried relaying this concern to the office administrator, but it seems they are quite pleased with the lack of care being provided.
