The wait time for having blood drawn is way too long. My appointment was at 9:20a. I arrived at 9:10 checked in and was not called back to have my bloodwork done until 10:10a . For 8 physicians, there definitely needs to be more than 1 phlebotomist so at least the wait time isn’t so long.
