HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOMAN WHO ANSWES THE PHONE IS SO RUDE.
Our elevator quit working on a Saturday this month. They returned our call in 10 minutes, sent a technician, made two trips, and fixed it within an hour. Unbelievable, but true.
ABSOLUTE worst company on the OBX. These guys are rude, obnoxious, inconsistent, and perform shoddy work. The management team will yell at you over the phone, they don't follow county / state protocols. Stay far away from this company... Your family and guests safety depends on it. Expect to get price gouged...Negative stars would be appropriate, but you have to at least leave 1.
