Horrible customer service. I schedule my maintenance Nov 22th 2024. They came April 2025. Of course we need to replace a part and it won't come before 3 weeks. My rental season is starting beginning April 2025 and we cannot use the elevator. This could have been avoided if the maintenance had been done end of 2024 when the rental season is closed. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOMAN WHO ANSWES THE PHONE IS SO RUDE.
Our elevator quit working on a Saturday this month. They returned our call in 10 minutes, sent a technician, made two trips, and fixed it within an hour. Unbelievable, but true.
