Disappointing, leaving messages but they do not return calls. And then no availability after repeated attempts to call for an appt. They used to be responsive, does not seem like they have enough staff to cover the elevators they installed
Outer Banks Elevator is a family owned company that stands behind their work. I worked with them to resolve a problem with my elevator and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. Highly recommended.
Horrible customer service. I schedule my maintenance Nov 22th 2024. They came April 2025. Of course we need to replace a part and it won't come before 3 weeks. My rental season is starting beginning April 2025 and we cannot use the elevator. This could have been avoided if the maintenance had been done end of 2024 when the rental season is closed. Now they have the part and they take their sweet time to come....of course they have $5,000 in their pocket. They are holding me hostage. They don't have the courtesy to give a cal... read more
