Couldn't be happier for Owner/Operator! After discovering my 50 amp twist-lock-plug and surge fell out when rear RV storage door came open. Backtracked but to no avail, drove up all of Nags Head/Kitty Hawk but no one has 50 amp plugs, some had 30's. Burned up 3-4 hours searching store to store and called on a Friday 6:30ish PM. He answered and heard my desperation (No, didn't need TP)! LITERALLY SAVED MY FAMILY 4 DAY WEEKEND TRIP! Drove back, open up for my 50 amp twist power cord and I was BACK! Realized the kitchen faucet was cracked & leaking days before we were to leave on vacation. Paul had the exact replacement part, good price & met me to deliver the part. Couldn't ask for better service than that.
The owner is super knowledgeable about RV and trailers. If you need to fix something. He usually has it. Or can get it within a few days. If I don't want to wait for an Amazon shipment. It is my go to for repair supplies
