The communication with them is poor. We recieved no directions on drop off procedure. Did respond when I emailed. Cart itself was great. On day 5 cart died while driving to beach (8:30 am). Called and emailed. Response was someone would come look at it and call 1st. At 3 pm I called service who transfered me to live person in rentals. He was great. We booked a golf cart around a month in advance because it was going to be a big part of our family vacation. A few days before our reservation, I tried to contact the company to confirm the delivery process. They don’t answer their phone and only allow you to leave a voicemail, so I did. No response. This was probably the best rental experience I’ve ever had. I reserved online and the LSV was already at the rental house when we arrived to start our vacation. The LSV was brand spanking new so we had zero issues with anything mechanical. My only complaint was we were pegged at 20 mph and I’m not sure if they go faster. An additional 5 mph would have helped us go with the flow of traffic on the secondary roads with 25 mph speed limits. Worst customer service ever. Will not return your phone calls at all. 2 separate trips for 1 golf cart. Explained the engine was knocking and stated no the oil was over flowed. Never even looked into it. Took it back second time because oil was leaking. Finally listen to me and looked more into the problem and it was a engine problem. Dropped off another golf cart for brake line . Had for over a month and ca not get a straight answer from anyone. Would give minus stars if would let me.
Went through 3 golf carts in a week because they are all old and broken. Paid for a 6 seater. Ended up with a 4 seater and a broken cart for 4 of the 7 days. Asked for a partial refund. It was ignored. They never answer the phone!! Don't believe me?? Try and call them.
