BEWARE Better make for damn sure that what you get is what you want because they don't do refunds. Exchanges only. Out of town customers are encouraged to go elsewhere.
Outdoorsman is wonderful. The customer service was fabulous. The store had several customers, yet at least three sales people asked if they could help. Smiling faces. I bought gifts for my daughter and son-in-law. Everyone was very helpful with suggestions.
Bad coustomer service The coustomer service at this store is horable and they do not care. I had a rude employee and the manger dismissed the event. I would take my service some where else.
Outdoorsman-Rude, Over priced, and NO customer service skills. Outdoorsman is an ABSOLUTE JOKE! This place is filthy, rude, and like I said before a JOKE! I will NEVER do business again with them. I have always used Moutain Hideaway and this one time i went to Outdoorsman, and i was screwed over. They are not organized, and NO customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people. The owner doesnt even have the decency to return a concerned customers phone call. I hope this business fails!
Atrocious! Sales staff lie about the return policy, are rude and to top it off the manager, the one about the size of a turd, called me a liar in a round about way. Do not shop here. Unknowledgeable sales staff, rude managers and a No Returns policy period that they verbally lie about!
