Had them do my Christmas lights this year and they are fantastic. Brian is phenomenal. Great communicator, and they came out when they said they would and got it done. Will update when they take em down, but so far, excellent customer service and beautiful lights!
I gave them the entire season to improve. It was always the same excuses. I have a new crew. Would always forget to do something, blow the driveway, not get the grass growing in the driveway, or noticeable rush the mowing job, and hit the border for my garden every time knocking off the blocks and leaving them. Charged more than any company I have used in the past.
Outdoor World replaced a section of fence and repaired other sections. The fence looks fantastic! They did an amazing job and were very professional. I would highly recommend the company.
Just moved into a new home, they gave me a voucher to use OUTDOOR WORLD, I’ve been waiting since June 29th to get my yard sprayed.. just sprayed.. she/he has said 3 times that a tech will be out the next day to spray, and once that the technician would be out that night to spray. Terrible communication, terrible response time, terrible service, just a terrible experience for a potential customer. Seriously lost my business and that’s even the voucher for a free spray. We were very impressed with the work that was completed by Outdoor World . My neighbor and I replaced 1/2 of a shared fence panels and used new steel post, a new gate was built, and 1 panel replaced in another area. They didn't just come out and throw up already made panels but placed each board very nice and perfectly even ! Looks great. Very efficient, and they even divided our bill up for us so we could each pay our part. I would definitely use them !!!! Reasonably priced and they stuck to their estimate to the penny.
