I bought this hoodie $138 and wore it three times. I followed the washing instructions and this was the result. It clogged my washing machine and I could not dry it due to excess fluff that was being produced from the item. I contacted OV several times through email and also Instagram to ask for a credit. No response. I am an avid customer along with my daughters. I am throughly disappointed in the company and the quality of this item. They just lost a couple of customers.

I can say I am an extremely frugal person. I have search land and see. It is most definitely worth the purchase of the cloud knit clothing. At least when it's on sale. The rest of the clothing is good. The location downtown Minneapolis is small and more tailored to female styled clothes. So if you're shopping for men's clothing, shop online
