Great staff very helpful
I never thought I’d be writing this kind of review. Back in 2022, I had such a positive experience with this company that I became a strong advocate, I recommended them to everyone, and even left a glowing Google review because the customer service was excellent. Extremely disappointing experience. After returning the rental, everything initially seemed fine. However, the company held onto my deposit for nearly a month. Despite numerous attempts to follow up, I was repeatedly redirected to voicemail, and no one ever returned my calls.
