Very knowledgeable staff, and the free BBQ was delicious!
I’ve rented from Outdoor Travel once before, but my most recent experience was a bit disappointing especially given the cost (over $7,000 CAD). When I first called about renting, I spoke with Bill, who was professional and helpful. I quickly received my invoice after one phone call and things were off to a good start. The service and parts department are very unprofessional and do not have the time of day for you unless you’re purchasing a new RV. They don’t return your calls or assist you in anything you need.
