Don't bother calling, they will only service trailers purchased from them, they are too busy to see anyoen else.
This has been an exhausting experience, not a pleasant one. Late September of 2025, I bring my Grand Design 17MKE Imagine for its seasonal maintenance. I notified the service department a water stain from the bathroom vent (roof) on the wall to inspect. Caulking maintenance was recommended but I requested a deeper look concerned of a bigger issue. good morning! brought our 2021 forester in for water leak and furnace not working correctly, took me in right away called me to do a reseal on roof, pulled furnace had a wasp nest in exhaust, and repaired stove burner that had spider web. all repaired right away , price right in within quote, peter in service get me up to date through the service visit. good job , all dry (lots of rain!)lots of heat ! thanks, Paul
