I took my travel trailer in for warrenty work . And my battery was dead. Needed a boost to get my coupler up to hitch.
We have had a nightmare with service. Bought a new trailer there. Window leaked from day 1. We bought the extended warranty which they said wasn't applicable to fix the leak. Paid them to fix the window. Window leaks since. Got pink mold as a result of that throughout the floors. Now the floors are ruined. It's been one nightmare after another with Outdoor Travel. On a positive note - their facility is nice lol.
The sales people certainly know how to sell a trailer, they boast about the in house service and such and tell you that the trailer has a great warranty etc. Sadly this is not the case. We bought a 2025 Imagine and have had nothing but problems with it, furnace didn't work, tv was crooked, leak in the underbelly. This trailer has been in for service more than we have camped in it. Went to the open house. Friendly staff. Great trailer selection.
Very knowledgeable staff, and the free BBQ was delicious!
