Great place to buy an RV however once you take delivery it is impossible to get anyone in Service to return phone calls or emails. This dealer missed service commitments. After 4 emails and 6 phone messages there was no response. Reaching out to management I did receive a very complacent response. Most disapointing. We will not be returning.
We have been waiting to place a review for good reason. This has been the most stressful purchase of our lives. Sales people were awesome and did everything for us to secure the sale of our 2019 Winnebago Adventurer 27N motorhome. Picked up in January and immediately headed south. Once we in SC we had nothing but issues with dead batteries on a daily basis. They were old and should have been replaced before selling. Amazing customer service from Outdoor Travel! I imported my camper trailer from the USA, but didn’t realize there was a recall on internal cabinet handles. Without the recall solved, I was not going to be able to complete the Import process. Outdoor Travel to the rescue… Completing the handle change out quickly so that I could meet the 45 day Timeline resulting in successful Import. Can’t say enough about the service I received, in particular from Bonnie at the service desk.
As many of us RV owners know something always seems to go wrong at the worst times. With tight travel timelines and parks booked months in advanced the need for a repair can quickly derail things. I had my water heater drain plug snap due to my over tightening it while camping. Trying to be handy I did my best to remove the threaded portion that was stuck inside the hot water heater.
