After reading the horror stories about on line purchases of dirt bikes. I decided to call Outdoor Toys when a friend recommended them. They was very helpful over the phone and assured it would be here for Christmas. I was able able to pick the bike up a day earlier and ready to run. Could not be happier with the price, service, and quality of the bike I purchased. Thank You you made my grandson's Christmas. Will definitely be back for a larger one when he is ready
