I ordered a tractor tire from them that was listed as backordered. At the time, I did not expect this would be a problem, but I was overly patient and missed my window of opportunity in getting my money back from PayPal. After several attempts to get either the tire or my money back, I turned to the BBB. The company did not make any attempt to resolve the issue in either direction, or even communicate with me or BBB. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

I ordered 2 implement rims from outdoortire on 29 November payment was taken immediately from my account. I did not receive the rims. I called the company and was told they were shipped ***** but were lost. I was then told they had no more rims to fill the order. I was told I could have a refund. It now has been over three weeks and I still do not have a refund. I call several times a week to see why I haven't gotten my refund and am told it's coming. I need help with this matter.

The salesperson literally increased the **** price almost a $600 as I was talking to him on the phone, trying to figure out how to submit a sales tax-exempt form. While discussing the item with him on the phone he adjusted the available quantity to 0 from 7 and told me that this item was no longer available, but it was available at a higher price and additional shipping. This is one of the most dishonest transactions that I have ever experienced.
