The staff at Northwoods has been amazing. At every turn they have been extremely diligent keeping us in the loop while we engineered and ordered out heating system. Our education experience has been awesome. We had lots of questions and the folks did a wonderful job of showing and sharing their expertise. We highly recommend this business and their brands.
Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Took time out to answer all my questions. I put in a new solenoid and aqua stat In my very old central boiler. It is still working perfect.
If you want the worst experience of your life then buy a central boiler from this place. They only care about the money up front and that's it. They don't stand behind the product and don't tell you about all the maintenance and how to take care of it, you have to figure that out in your own. "Just put wood in it and close the door". If I would've known now what I didn't know eight years ago I would've never bought one. Extremely disappointed.
Impossible to deal with, very rude and nasty. Cant say enough about how bad this experience has been. Never buy an outdoor boiler. They do not back up the warranty and want the homeowner to diagnose problems. Update, I just learned that if you do NOT call Jan the DAY your new wood boiler is delivered you lose your 20 year warranty and only get one year. She is not honest!!!
