I wish I could give 10 stars…..from the first phone call with Jake to ask about installing a pool to the final day of filling, working with Outdoor Specialty Co was an absolute pleasure. Picking out our finishes and learning about the equipment in the design showroom was a great learning experience and very convenient. Our experience with Jake and the OSC team was outstanding. While challenges weren't absent in the construction process, everything was handled superbly and quickly--with constant communication throughout. The finished pool and landscaping reflect the attention and experience everyone seeks in a pool builder. I would not hesitate to engage OSC to build for me again in the future.
Jake and team are the best!! We had a new pool, hot tub, pavilion and outdoor lighting installed. It was a very smooth process - Jake is a fantastic communicator and he assisted us with all the color selections, pool design, etc… We love our outdoor living space on the lake; we would absolutely recommend Jake to anyone needing these services. From our first meeting with Jake to the end of our build was nothing short of spectacular. His personalization to every job and job management is second to none.
