This is an exceptionally poorly run outdoor business. The owner is completely and totally unresponsive to communications. They have billed me multiple times for services not rendered and just send billing for past due services (again, services not performed on my property) going back to 2023 (It's February 2025). Take your business elsewhere, they are many other better business to work with for your lawn care.

I recommend taking your lawncare elsewhere. First it is worth noting that the Outdoor Specialists, LLC was administratively dissolved by the State of Indiana in 2014. The owner, Dan Reynolds, admitted this to the Boone County Circuit Court under Cause No. 06C01-2302-CC-000226. I would therefore STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you ask for proof that Mr. Reynolds is properly insured and bonded before hiring him. Awful custom service, never responds to emails and hard to get ahold of on the phone. I got billed for a bunch of "bed maintenance" that I never agreed to and I'm doubtful the service was even done, and I can't get ahold of anyone to sort it out.
I will just say read all the reviews before hiring this company they describe everything I experienced
