SCAM ARTIST! I will start by saying - we have a legal judgment against this man. But the money he owes us is a small issue compared to the other trouble he and his wife are in. This man took our money, half ass did one job to the point of almost completion, and then bailed entirely on the bigger job. Avoid this company... I hired them to build a deck, put up an 8' fence across my backyard, and put in a patio on the back porch. For starters it took them months to finish the work because Neil kept pulling the crew off the job to do another job somewhere else, that was beyond irritating. Once the deck was installed it started bowing and the planks were cracked. I hired Outdoor Solutions to build a retaining wall and fence, and I’m beyond impressed with their work. The quality of craftsmanship is top-notch, with both the wall and fence being sturdy and well designed. The team was professional, punctual, and kept the worksite clean. They listened to my needs and offered great suggestions. This was not an easy job, multiple tree stumps had to be dug out with shovels due to obstacles not allowing machines to remove the stumps. Be careful with Neal. He might post a picture of something he sees in your yard and claim he did the work. Don’t fall for it. For instance, the playhouse he uses on marketplace or his website. He did not build or design the one on our property. It was there before he showed up to claim he did. Sorry it had to come this way Neal but we told you to take it down.
