I hired Outdoor Solutions to build a retaining wall and fence, and I’m beyond impressed with their work. The quality of craftsmanship is top-notch, with both the wall and fence being sturdy and well designed. The team was professional, punctual, and kept the worksite clean. Be careful with Neal. He might post a picture of something he sees in your yard and claim he did the work. Don’t fall for it. For instance, the playhouse he uses on marketplace or his website. He did not build or design the one on our property. It was there before he showed up to claim he did. Sorry it had to come this way Neal but we told you to take it down.

So Neal did our fence in 2020 and took pictures of my daughters playhouse and now posting those pictures on Facebook marketplace and selling it. He is a Scam and Did Not build this playhouse! If he is building playhouses to sell, then post your own work. Oh and he never asked us if it was ok to take pictures.

Hate leaving bad reviews but I feel it’s needed. If you want shotty work and horrible customer service then these are your guys. Hired them to build a retaining wall and had nothing but issues from the start. And that’s after giving them half the money for the job up front. Had to have them redo work several times. Could never get answers from Neil as to why guys weren’t showing up and when they did would only work a couple hours at a time. Never brought all the material for the job.
