On 7/19/2023, Outdoor Solutions did a job for a client/friend at ** **** ***, Ocala Fl. This client/friend had this company come onto my landlords property and cut back at least two trees and removed a beautiful, healthy, full grown tree without permission. Is this general standard for a company to go onto someones property and just remove large, full grown, healthy trees? Hi Pat, I know you'll recognize this response, because its the same on you received on Saturday via ******** A couple things here: A - Outdoor Solutions performed what we call clearance trimming which is where we trim along a property line “ground to sky” which is industry standard without the homeowner’s permission and what the law in Florida allows and what we were well within our rights as a tree contractor to do.
