As I was sitting on our deck today I realized I owed an overdue review of the great job your crew did on tearing off the old and putting up a new Timber Tech deck. The guys were super conscientious, cleaning up as they went along and completing it to perfection. Another very satisfied customer, thanks y'all!
Had a great experience with their team. They helped make adjustments to a deck project that required updates to meet city code. They had to come up with some alternative options just based on the deck construction, and had it all done and up to code in half a day. The city inspection was a breeze after that. Really thankful they went above and beyond to make it all work, and how they talked through options with me to determine what was preferred. Highly recommend them.
From start to finish outdoor solutions was great. Requested a quote and same day Derek contacted me back and came out. Told me the deck would be started by mid July, and the deck was completed before that. The quality, workmanship and professionalism by Derek and his crew were outstanding. 10 out of 10 recommend.
We used Outdoor Solutions Inc. for a complete deck teardown and rebuild, and couldn’t be happier. Sean and John were a blast to work with, and you could tell that they truly cared about the quality of work that went into the project.
