Awful company. Awful product. Brought a new "outdoor" shower that rusted within a month of being outdoors only to be told that it wasn't their fault as elements from the "outdoors" corroded it. What's the point of an outdoor shower if it rusts outdoors in a month? Stay far away from this product and company.
A Very nice company. Everyone is so friendly and willing to make customers happy.
We had an Outdoor Shower starting to leak by the latest cold weather (we failed to winterize as required) and over the period of 24 hours I was able to speak with a representative, describe the issue and have parts ordered/shipped! Excellent customer service!
